Mr. Harry Kenneth “Ken” Bess, Sr., age 73, of Hartsville, TN died Tuesday afternoon, June 5, 2013 at Sumner Regional Medical Center, Gallatin, TN. Preceded by: Parents, J.L. and Guycle Bess; Brother, Ray Bess & Sister, Brenda Bess. Survived by: Wife, Mrs. Carol Bess-Hartsville, TN; 3 Sons, Mr. Kenny (Kathy) Bess-Hartsville, TN Mr. Tony Bess-Dixon, TN & Mr. Kendall (Beth) Bess-Lebanon, TN; 2 Daughters, Mrs. Kimberly (Jimmie) Banther-Matheny, WV & Mrs. Kathy (Kenny) Bess-Hartsville, TN; 7 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren & 2 Sisters, Mrs. Bernice (Drew) Cook-Clarksville, TN & Mrs. Betty Ann (George) Arnold-Pleasant View, TN. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Anthony Funeral Home at 2 PM Friday, June 7, 2013 conducted by Bro. Frank Bratcher. Interment will be in the Friendship Cemetery. Visitation with the Family will be from 1 to 8PM Thursday, June 6, 2013 and 10AM until service time Friday.
