Survived by: 2 Daughters, Ms. Alicha Thomas-Colorado Springs, CO & Ms. Missy Sue Levo-Houston, TX; 4 Grandchildren, Cody & Dustin Thomas, Tommy Levo & Abigail Sajche; 2 Brothers, Mr. Gary (Lorraine) Lynn-Goodland, KS & Mr. Timothy Lynn-Altoona, PA and 2 Sisters, Mrs. Paulette (Bob) Adams-Phoenix, AZ & Mrs. Dolly (Ted) Kosnik-Phoenix, AZ. Memorial services will be held in the chapel of Anthony Funeral Home at 1 PM Saturday, October 19, 2013.
