Mr. Jerry Wayne Cunningham Sr., age 57 of Castalian Springs, TN died Saturday evening, November 16, 2013 at his home. Preceded in death by: Wife, Wanda Kay Cunningham. Survived by: Son, Mr. Jerry W. (Stormey LaShae) Cunningham Jr.- Castalian Springs, TN; Daughter, Mrs. Wendy (Brandon) Crook-Hartsville, TN; 2 Grandchildren, Michael & Jessica Crook; Grandchild on the way, Tater Tot Cunningham; 3 Brothers, Mr. Johnny Cunningham Jr.-Watertown, TN, Mr. Terry Cunningham-Watertown, TN & Mr. Barry (Kim) Cunningham-Castalian Springs, TN. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Anthony Funeral Home at 2 PM Tuesday, November 19, 2013 conducted by Bro. Glen Creasy. Interment will be in the Antioch Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 1 to 9 PM Monday and 10 AM until service time Tuesday.
