When my grandmother passed in 1973, Bill told me, "... losing someone puts a giant hole in your life !!"
He was right.
I first met Bill in 1973, while waiting in a line to enroll in classes at the Community College of Allegheny County in Pittsburgh, PA.
The line was very long.... two (2) hours long.
During that time, Bill helped me select courses for that semester and for the next two (2) years.
Throughout the next two (2) years, we enrolled in a dozen (or so) engineering courses together.
We became great friends and Bill became the big brother I never had.
Understatement.... Bill was exciting to talk to... and if you weren't prepared to engage... lookout.
Bill had a haert of gold and I can say that I've never known anyone so very proud of his family.
Bill was lucky enough to find his perfect soulmate Sarah.
If you knew him.... you'll miss him.
I share with you this photo from 1973 at the Community College of Allegheny County.
On behalf of Dania & I, we extend our deepest, heartfelt condolences to Sarah, Leigh Anne, Cindy, the entire Wilson family and friends who had the privilege to have known Bill Wilson.
With warmest regards,
Tom & Dania.
