I have such fond memories of her from all the years that my girls, Kae & Aria, went to school with Noah & Keely Ann. She always had a smile on her face and I seriously doubt if she had ever met a stranger! She made everyone feel welcome and had such energy!!! I hate that I didn't find out until after her services were over. Please know that you are prayed for! And thank you for sharing her with us!

Ruth was my sister at heart at least we always claim to be sisters, we both were Scruggs'. We grew up going to a Square Dance at the VFW in Gallatin, TN. After we grew up and got married we would always run into each other at Walmart, especially at Christmas. We could spend hours talking to each other. Loved this woman as if she were my real sister.
