Sorry for the family's loss. Billy was a good man, down to earth, always friendly. Hard past few years but he is better now. God bless Billy Ray's family thru this hard time.

Billy was and is a very good person he was my father in law for 17 years and we fished together, Camp together,shared holidays and birthdays together and he always treated me good.So sorry for the family

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Simons. I never had the honor of meeting him, but his son and his son’s wife I have. I’ve heard so many beautiful things about Mr. Simons, but the greatest of these things was he was an amazing dad to his son Kevin. Kevin (Shelley), you are in our prayers for the days ahead, go catch a big one just for dad.
