Smiles jokes laughter stories burst into our lives when we met you! Kevin loved when you and he joked with each other. You could always make him laugh. I loved you from beginning like we were friends forever. You knew everyone, best exit,best places eat. We will miss your big smile,silly jokes, wonderful stories and especially our driving trips. Miss you dear friend. Know ypur finally in no pain and with belived wife and family wnjoying yourself. DEAR friend we"ll see you in Heaven.

I will always cherish the time that Bob was my step-dad. Although it was only for 5 years of my life from 1973 to 1978 we did a great deal of my growing up together. I remember fondly once when we took a private flight to Jackson, TN to work on Dad's business with Cochran and Prather, Inc., as we called on customers there. The really cool part was he allowed me to fly the cessna plane for a bit on our flight to Jackson, Tn and on the return flight home to Donelson, TN. He instilled a great work ethic in me. It served me well in my own vocation and endeavors.He loved going to the movies also - which was always a fun outing. Bob, was a good man. He will be missed. - Alan and Renee, you know that I'm sorry for your loss. I can only believe that dad is dancing in Heaven now. God bless.

I first met Bob when my brother married Renee in April 2009. David died in October 2009. I lost a brother but kept a family. Bob was always good at making you feel special and his family carries that on. He may not have been a relative-by-blood, but he sure was a relative-by-love. 14 years later, I still have my extended family that my one sibling brought into my life. Sending love and prayers to Renee and Alan and their families. May our memories bring us comfort and keep us close!

Our deepest sympathy goes out to the Cochran Family. My husband, Mark, and I met Bob at Christ First Church that was held in an old timey general store. He would sit at his table on the first floor and smile and hug everyone as they made their way up the stairs to the second floor. He would share with us his love of the Lord, as well as his love of the music and preaching at Christ First. His warm smile would always bring a smile to our faces. He really enjoyed it when his family would come to Christ First Church with him and he would eagerly introduce everyone to his family.
He will be missed, but I look forward to the day when we can be singing and laughing with Bob again in heaven with Jesus.
Our thoughts and prayers are with all those missing Bob right now,
