Dr. Rogers was an early mentor of mine. I worked at University Medical Center in the early 1990s. Dr. Rogers helped start me on my career as a physician. He will be missed.

. Everytime I worked with him throughtout the years he never forgot my name and he always made time to talk and hear about my family. He was a joy to be around and always had something funny to say. He was a class act and such a dear sweet man.

My father was truly a class act and a great mentor. I must say that whatever good in me that there might be is primarily due to him. He was a great man in my eyes and I will surely go through the rest of my life thinking about and missing him. I have not one bad thought or memory of my father. It truly meant a lot to read the comments and there is no doubt in my mind that he left a good impression on all the people that were lucky enough to have been acquainted with him.
