For years Katherine and I discussed our Bolin (Bowling) ancestory line. We tried our best to determine where the Indian line came in at. I got up at 3:30 this morning and found our Gr great grandfathers James Bouldin's marriage to Clarrisa Elizabeth Smotherman Douglas Bouldin. Since Katheryn passed away about 2:30 am I think she is sending me messages from "heaven". I then proceeded to find another brother David Bolin's marriage to Nancy Johnson. Thanks Kathryn. I tied up a bunch of loose ends and was going to call ya tomorrow. To the children of Kathryn, your mother was a fine and wonderful person in my life. She was the most up beat person I have ever known. I am sure she is laughing and cutting up even now, because that is the type person she is. Imagine the reunion she is having with all our loved ones. May God bless you all and hold you in his hands until we all meet up again. Marty Smotherman Mendez

We are so sorry for you loss. We understand what you must be going through right now. Our thoughts prayers go out to you in your hour of need. Losing your mother is one of the hardest thing anyone will ever go through. No one can ever replace one's mother. Alway know you are never alone, she will always be with you. Sorry we can not be there, but know we are with you in spirit and in prayer. We are never more than a phone call away if you need to talk.
