David & Michelle Sellars Henslee, I only found your daughters obituary by accident. You see I lost my 32 year old son last June and I am just now ready to go look at things...i heard about the candle lighting from someone so as i was going back to look for my young sons obituary I came across your daughters. I dont know if you will ever come across this but I truly know your pain and I will also be praying for God's hand on you..if you ever need to talk even though we are strangers but we are both in the terrible club that I didn't ever want to be in or figured I could make it but I am so sorry for your loss

Brittney was always a shining star wherever she went. Her love of our Savior, Jesus Christ was so apparent and clear in her actions and speech. She was always so welcoming and kind to anyone she met. She was older than me in school at DCA and yet she was always one of the kindest people I had ever encountered. Prayers with the Henslee and Sellars Family. May Brittney rest in peace with the Lord our God.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Henslee
Thank you very much for raising such a precious woman of God. Your incredibly dear daughter has been a true blessing in so many ways to so many of us! Her bright, giggling eyes, her generous, loving heart, her kind and caring words, her big, comforting hugs, the gentleness with which she so intently listened, always patiently, her supernatural love for all, her sweet and silly ways, that bursting laughter of her's, her willingness to give, to wait, to SACRIFICIALY be, .... Intuitively knowing, loving, loving Britney is forever in our broken hearts. Thank you so much for raising her unto Jesus so we can all rejoice over the hope of eternity with her again. May our God's deep peace wash over your souls and keep you strong in Christ until you hold her again. My children and I are sincerely marked by your babies' love! She is the beloved bride of Christ, His treasure and ours. Jesus bless you and keep you as you wait to see her again. With our deepest love, prayes and sympathy

Our son was blessed to be a part of Brittney's Elevate program. We will all miss her deeply. Charlie loved Brittney, her kindness and daily encouragement. He will especially miss seeing her everyday afterschool as she picked him up with a big smile. No words can express our sorrow, but we rest knowing she is with her Father in heaven.

I had the distinct pleasure of being Brittney's high school theatre and speech teacher. She was always full of sincerity, joy and laughter! I last got to speak with Brittney at a Chris Tomlin concert here in Murfreesboro. She was so sweet and hugged me like we had never missed a beat. She was a caring person who always sought the best in people and for people. I am sad she is gone from us for now, but am absolutely sure she is dancing at the feet of Jesus!
