Al worked at Burchett Ford and when I knew him and talked a lot about the Church on Hartsville Pike that he attended. I met him at Burchett Ford (at the time) and he was the wholesale trade in auto seller there. Al was very good to me and I met him after I left Lebanon Airport where I was a mechanic. Al knew I was broke and just started to sell cars on my own through a dealer in Lebanon using there dealers license. I think Al felt sorry for me and liked me because I let him price the cars and I would buy them and he knew I respected him. He gave me some very good deals on cars and was instrumental in making me a great success in being a entrepreneur in the car business. I would ask Al if he thought I could make money at his price and he would say, YES, you'll make money. Several times I made 2-3 thousand on the cars he would sell me and soon I had built a pretty good nest egg considering I started out with only 1200 dollars to my name. Al helped me out and I will never forget him for that and all he has done for me. I had no idea he had past away but he always talked about his boat. I found out about Al's passing just now doing a search on Google for Al Parisher. God bless this man and all he did for me (and others), he's the kind of person you always hope to meet as you travel through life and he was a big part of changing my life for the better. I will miss you Al!
